A Quick and Easy 5 Minute Skincare Routine!

White & Elm women are busy women; we like to take care of our skin and bodies but we don’t always have that much time to do so.

Don’t worry, your busy schedules don’t need to leave your skin neglected, not with White & Elm at least!

Here is a quick and easy 5 minute skincare routine that will get you out of bed and out that door in no time!

First, cleanse your skin with our Sweet Almond Foaming Cleanser; it refreshes and wakes up your skin and all of your senses, getting you ready for the day!

Next, spritz on our Chamomile Balancing Facial Toner and apply a small amount of our Rosehip & Argan Antioxidant Serum to repair and protect skin throughout the day!

Last, apply some mineral makeup if you’d like and you are good to go!

In just 5 minutes a day you will feel refreshed and have glowing, beautiful skin all day long!

For sure you need to be wearing a daily moisturizer with a minimum of an SPF 15.  You also need to look for sunscreens that are labeled Broad Spectrum because this means they have passed specific laboratory testing that shows they protect against both UVA and UVB rays.  If you plan to be in direct sun for more than a few hours, please reapply your sunscreen.  Also, if you are planning on swimming or sweating heavily opt for a Water-Proof formula as well.  It's best to avoid chemical sunscreens altogether because let's face it; we don't want the chemicals we put on our skin to end up in our blood stream. Also, because we don't yet know the impact that nanoparticles will have on our health, it's best to use mineral sunscreens that specifically use non-nano minerals.
