A Day in the Life of White and Elm's Founder

August 13, 2015

We believe that which is good for you is beautiful and that the natural way is the best way. These mantras tend to follow us throughout our daily lives and shine through in the things we do and the ways we do them.

Curious to know what a day in the life of a White & Elm Woman looks like? Read on to know more about how our Founder, Sherelle Reed spends her day!

It’s 7 am and I’m awake; I usually wake to sound of my kiddos waking up and playing in their rooms.  They are ready for breakfast and they make sure we know it!

I roll out of bed and pad downstairs with little feet behind me.  What's for breakfast?  Usually some green juice, oatmeal or a quick smoothie to tied me over until my mid-morning snack.

Once mouths are fed and kids are dressed and off to school, I head out for my run.  This is usually my strategy planning session for the day.  What needs to get done today? What can I dream about for tomorrow?  My blood is pumping and I'm already feeling more alive.

I get home in time for a quick stretch and shower with my favorite products, my Sunflower Deep Pore Cleansing Oil nourishing my skin and my senses. The rough yet delicate oats from my MicroGrain exfoliant waking me up from head to toe.

Out of the shower, I smooth on my body oil.  Who has time for lotion? And before you know it, my team is showing up for the day's work ahead.

We make our way through emails, orders and strategy sessions.  Phew, another day is done and it's time to pick up my kiddos from school.

I grab a fresh pressed juice on my way home and savor how easy it is to do something good for myself.

We make dinner as a family when my husband gets home from work: Chicken and Kale, 100% organic and 100% delicious!

I mix up and smooth on my Spirulina Green Superfood Nourishing Mask and finish editing photos from our product shoot earlier in the day.

The kids are finally in bed, my husband and I get a few hours just to ourselves.  Phones off, laptops closed.

The end to another crazy busy, crazy beautiful day.
